Your going to need a contractor. Sometimes I can have weird electrical harmonics throw a communication fault, and it will pass. Those codes back to back, mean: 1. The infinity thermostat has not been great for me. I have the fancy carrier infinity thermostat. It is not worth it. I hate the controls, or lack of controls really. The ability to use a variable fan speed is a lie. The system determines fan speed and mine has never been adjustable. You can set 4 temperatures. My wifi connection is fine and it works with everything else in the house with the exception of the intermittent connection with the MyInfinity server.
